  • Custom Orders: If you’ve requested custom sizing or colors, additional time may be required. We will communicate any updates promptly.

Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Standard Sizes: Returns are accepted for rugs in standard sizes within 14 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom Orders: Rugs made in custom sizes, colors, or designs are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
