Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Standard Sizes: Returns are accepted for rugs in standard sizes within 14 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom Orders: Rugs made in custom sizes, colors, or designs are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions, labels and required details.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your rug arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
